Sheffield College - an inspirational business venue!

The Club's annual AGM took a record breaking 5 minutes to conclude and the board and Club welcome two new directors: Rachel Walker-Morecroft of Ruby Business Solutions and Kathryn Borg of Business Link.

A very special thanks goes to Julie Byrne, Executive Director of the College and Michelle MacDonald of the College's Business Gateway for welcoming the Club and sharing some insights into the award winning and leading-edge facilities on offer to students and business alike.

As Julie stated, "we now have an impressive landmark building with fabulous world class facilities. Our students are energised and motivated to meet their potential. With our Beacon status as a National Enterprise Academy, we are helping to inspire and encourage students to become new entrepreneurs to venture into the world of business."

Michelle guided the Club members through the College's Business Gateway services which is the first point of contact between local employers and the College. The Sparks Restaurant buffet was superb and all prepared and presented very professionally by the students. Businesses are encouraged to contact the College to hire the venue as it is excellent value and a wonderful open venue with great views of the City.
